Generously Pam-spray 2 cookie sheets. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except morsels and nuts by hand until dough is formed. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonsful 2 inches apart onto sheets. Bake one sheet at a time 8-12 minutes until cracked in appearance. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely. Store in plastic food storage bags. Makes 31/2 dozen cookies.
