Add eggs & extract; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in the coconut & cherries ~ dough will be very stiff. Drop by rounded tsp~fuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375
