    Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    2 c all-purpose flour
    3/4 C Cocoa
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1¼ cups (2½ sticks) butter, softened
    2 C sugar
    2 eggs; 3 if they're small
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 (10 oz) pkg. peanut butter chips (1-2/3 cups)

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350°.

    Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt in large bowl; set aside

    With mixer or food processor, blend sugar & butter until light & fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Slowly add in dry ingredients; mixing well.

    Stir in chips by hand.

    Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 or 9 minutes…do not overbake! They will puff up then flatten out while cooling.

    Yield: 4 dz
