Peanut Butter Cookies

2 cups Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy)
2 cups sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract Recipe
Combine PB and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Plop it onto your cookie sheet in 1" balls and smush 'em down flat. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
Then I made a chocolate frosting from the archives...but it's not thick like frosting and it's thicker than icing.
2 cups confection sugar (powdered sugar), SIFTED
1/4 cup powdered cocoa, SIFTED
2 2/3 tbsp boiling water
2 2/3 tbsp melted butter/margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar and cocoa. Add water and butter, blend. Stir in vanilla.
TO THICKEN: add more sugar
TO THIN: add more boiling water.
