4 c. flaked coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (3 oz.) strawberry jelloRecipe
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly, making sure jello is blended evenly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350°. Shape into 1" balls and place on well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookie cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before placing on wire rack to cool. Makes about 4 dozen.
