1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies
1 11oz package chocolate chips
1 11oz package butterscotch chips
Recipe
Cook corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture just begins to boil and starts to become smooth.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stirring until pb is incorporated and its smooth. Add the cereal and turn to coat all the krispies. Press firmly into a well buttered 9x13 pan.
In a medium nonstick skillet on low low heat, combine chocolate & butterscotch chips, stirring constantly until melted smooth. Spread 'frosting' over cereal mixture, watching for pin-sized air holes to surface.
Chill until firm. Cut into small small squares, they're rich.
