List of Ingredients

1 C butter or shortening, softened (I use butter)
1� C sugar
2 eggs
2� C flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
cinnamon & sugar mixed to taste


Recipe

Mix butter & sugar together til smooth, then add eggs, cream of tartar & baking soda. Stir in flour until well mixed. Roll into balls about 1" in diameter & roll in cinnamon/sugar to coat.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet & bake 8-10 minutes at 400�

Cookies are done when just barely browning.
