Chicken w/Black Beans & Cream Cheese

4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 16 oz. jar salsa, any kind
1 small can of green chilis, or chopped jalapenos to taste
1/2 T ground cumin (adjust for your taste)
1 tsp ground coriander (optional)
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheeseRecipe
1. Take 4-5 frozen, boneless chicken breasts put into crockpot.
2. Add 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed, 1 16 oz. jar of salsa, and 1 can of corn drained.
3. Keep in crockpot on high for about 4 hours or low for 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked.
4. Add 1-8 oz package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour. Stir and serve.
Serve with rice.
