    Beef & Noodles

    List of Ingredients

    1 chuck roast
    salt & pepper as needed
    1 onion, minced
    3 or 4 bay leaves
    1 - 2 tsp. granulated beef bouillon
    water as needed
    egg noodles as needed

    Recipe

    Place roast in crockpot; top with bay leaves and the minced onion. Cook on low setting for about 10 hours. Remove bay leaves and pour off juices into a large saucepan, add bouillon and water to make 1 or 1½ quarts. Bring to boiling and add noodles; cook until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Dice or shred as much of the roast as desired, and add to noodles. Serve over mashed potatoes.
