Crockpot Cream Tacos

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 pound velveeta (plain or mexican)
1 or 2 cans ranch style chili beans (depending on if you like beans)
1 packet of low-sodium Taco Seasoning
1 small carton whipping cream
1 can rotel tomatoes, undrained
Fritos as needed
Garnishes:
lettuce
sour cream
black olives
diced tomatoesRecipe
Place ground beef, velveeta, chili beans, taco seasoning, cream and RoTel in a crockpot and simmer on low for 4 hours. Serve over fritos.
This is wonderful on a cool rainy day. Leftovers are fantastic!
