Pepper Steak

List of Ingredients
1 lb boneless round steak
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 14.5oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 16oz package frozen stir fry veggies (I would think you could use fresh peppers and onions, I never made this one though.)
Recipe
Trim fat from meat, cut into strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown meat in lg skillet in oil. Place into Crock.
In a separate bowl, mix together tomatoes, paste, and worcestershire, pour over meat, top with veggies.
Cook 10-12 hours on low, or 5-6 on high.
