6 1/2lb turkey breast
can of low fat chicken broth
can of water
couple of shakes of sage, thyme and garlic powder
Recipe
Put it all in the crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours.
Warning: after 6 hours of cooking the turkey just falls off the bone when you try to take it out. You could check it after 5 hours but I didn't mind taking the bones out and straining the broth before I made the gravy with the juices. It's just so moist you won't mind the extra work!
