    Recipe Introduction

    Adapted from several different recipes - this just falls apart & is sooooo good n flavorful!!

    List of Ingredients

    3~4 lb. boneless roast, top round, rump or your choice
    Zesty Italian Dressing
    3~4 carrots chopped into 2~3” pieces
    3~4 potatoes, quartered
    1 onion quartered n separated
    4~5 cloves of garlic chopped
    salt/pepper to taste
    2 cups beef broth
    2 bay leaves

    Recipe

    Wash n pat roast dry. With meat fork poke holes all over it all sides. Pour dressing all over it n rub in a bit makin sure the whole roast is good n soaked. Place roast in crockpot.

    Add carrots around edges so they go to the bottom of the crockpot.
    Add potatoes.
    Add Onion
    Scatter garlic over everything
    Salt n pepper to likin (I just use pepper)
    Pour broth over everything
    Drop in 2 bay leaves on top of roast. Cover n cook for 6 hours on high (one of the recipe’s I used to adapt this said you could either go 10 hours on low or 6 on high ~ I opted for the 6 because of time constraints)
