List of Ingredients
1 Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast, about 4#
1/2 C All-Purpose Flour, divided
1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 Envelope Brown Gravy Mix
2 C Cold Water
Hot Mashed Potatoes on the side
Recipe
Cut roast in half and rub with half of flour. Place in a slow-cooker.
In a bowl mix together remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
Slice roast and serve with mashed potatoes and gravy from cooker.
