    Taco Shredded Beef

    List of Ingredients

    4 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
    2 packages (1 oz. EACH) Lawry’s® Taco Spices & Seasonings
    1 medium onion(s), halved and sliced
    2 teaspoons Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt

    Recipe

    1. Trim and discard all fat from meat; place meat in slow cooker. Sprinkle both packages of Taco Spices and Seasonings over meat and top with onion.

    2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Remove beef to platter and shred with fork. Return meat to juices in slow cooker; stir in Seasoned Salt.

    3. Serve shredded meat in tacos, burritos, taquitos, flautas, on rolls or over cooked rice.
