I browned the round steak (seasoned with pepper and garlic salt) in 2 TBS oil....with some onions and green bell peppers.

Threw it in the crockpot with a can of crushed tomatoes, some basil and oregano, a can of french-cut green beans, and let it cook (probably at least 5 hrs or more).

Serve over hot rice.
