64 vanilla wafer cookies, divided
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons butter, divided, softened
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
2 packages chocolate pudding mix, 4-serving size
2 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
4 ounces Cool Whip Lite®, thawed

Recipe



1. Crush 40 wafers; mix with sugar and 5 tablespoons of butter until well bended. Press onto bottom of 13x9 pan.

2. Microwave chocolate and remaing butter in microwavable butter on HIGH 1 minute or untl butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle over crust.

3. Add dry pudding mixes to milk in large bowl; beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread half pudding mixture over crust; top with remaining 24 wafers. Cover with remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
