    Rhubarb Crisp

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    3-4 tbsp. flour
    5-6 cups fresh diced rhubarb
    1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    1½ sticks melted butter or margarine

    Recipe

    Stir sugar and flour together and toss with rhubarb. Place in 9X13 pan and sprinkle cake mix straight from the box, over the fruit, breaking up any large lumps. If you’re using nuts, sprinkle them on now. Drizzle melted butter over all and bake 1 hour at 350°. Serve warm or cold.
