This was quite good. If I had a family who ate veggies, I would maybe add some chopped broccoli or even better, chopped fresh tomatoes. Oh well....
I sprayed the pan with cooking spray and cooked it longer, about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I also let it sit at room temp. for about 1/2 hour before I put it in the oven. I left the foil on for the first 1/2 hour and then baked it uncovered for the remaining time.
List of Ingredients
3 cups day old Italian bread, cubed
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups cooked ham, cubed
8 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup finely chopped onionRecipe
Beat eggs. Add milk, flour and mustard. Beat until smooth. Add cheese, ham, onion, and bread. Pour into a 9x13-inch pan, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° 45 minutes to 1 hour.
