9-inch unbaked pie shell
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. chopped ham
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Brush pie shell with beaten eggs, prick sides and bottom with fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until crust turns light brown. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 375 degrees.
Spread ham, cheese and mushrooms on pie crust. Mix half and half with beaten eggs. Add spices, pour over ham, cheese and mushrooms in pie shell.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
