In a small bowl, beat egg, milk, salt, pepper & mustard; set aside. Cube bread; place in greased 8oz custard cup. Top with sausage & onion. Pour egg mix over top. Sprinkle w/cheese. Bake uncovered @ 350° for 25~30 min’s or til a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 1 serving
