    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. hamburger, crumbled & browned
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced & sautéed
    1 small onion, diced & sautéed
    1 small can diced green chiles, or equivalent in fresh
    1½ - 2 cups grated cheddar/jack cheese
    3 - 4 eggs
    1½ cups milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    catsup, if desired

    Recipe



    Layer hamburger, mushrooms, onion & chiles in skillet; layer cheese evenly on top.

    Beat together milk, eggs, salt & pepper; pour over contents of skillet. Drizzle a little bit of catsup over, if desired. Cover and cook over low heat about 20-30 minutes, or until egg is set.
