    List of Ingredients




    1kg/2lb ripe tomatoes, peeled, chopped
    2 large apples, peeled, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 1/2 cups brown vinegar
    1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
    1/2teaspoon dry mustard
    3/4cup sultanas
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 teaspoons curry powder
    2 teaspoons ground allspice

    Recipe



    Combine all in a large saucepan, stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil, simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour or until mixture is thick.

    Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal.

    Makes about 6 cups.
