List of Ingredients
2/3 C Frozen Pineapple-Orange Concentrate -- Thawed
2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Grated Ginger Root
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Recipe
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour over pork cutlets,shrimp, or chicken breasts. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Or in the Fridge for a hour. Makes 1 cup- enough for 4 servings of meat.
For better flavor butterfly thick pork chops or chicken before cooking.
