Lemon-Herb Chicken Marinade

List of Ingredients
1 diced onion
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley
2 tbsp. fresh rosemary
2 tsp. or dried rosemary
1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage or 1 tsp. crumbled dried sage
2 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
zest of 1 lemon
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
Combine onion, herbs, lemon peel, salt and pepper in blender or food processor. With machine running, gradually add olive oil and process until liquified. Use to marinate chicken 6-8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
