1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 cup salad oil
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a jar or leak-free container & shake vigorously. Marinate flank steak at least 2 hours. Grill a 2 lb. steak about 4 minutes each side. Do not overcook. Slice thin and serve with crusty bread & tossed salad.
