    8 oz. Boca Meatless Ground Burger
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 cup water
    1 can reduced-fat crescent rolls
    1 8 oz can fat free refried beans
    3 slices 2 % american cheese
    Nonstick spray
    garlic powder
    dried parsley
    cayene pepper

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large skillet, combine the Boca, taco seasoning and water. Cook over medium heat, until a little thickened. Cool slightly.

    Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Unroll the crescent rolls and press together to form a large rectangle. You can spread the dough thin to do this, but don't rip any holes in it. Spread the dough with the refried beans, leaving about an inch border around the edge. Top with the cheese slices down the middle, then the meat, but only put the meat on the bottom half of the rectangle, and try to keep it away from each end of the dough, or it will spill out when you roll it. Starting with the edge closest to you (long side), roll the dough to the top edge. Pinch ends to seal, then curve the ends around to form a circle. Pinch the ends to seal together. Spray the top lightly with nonstick spray, and sprinkle with garlic powder and cayenne (for color).

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is browned. Cool slighly and slice. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, etc.
