Slice the beef down the length into 1 inch wide long strips. Place the strips in a shallow dish. 2. In a bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce, onion powder, sherry, brown sugar, mustard powder and ginger. Stir well. 3. Pour the marinade over the beef strips. Cover and place them in the refrigerator. Marinate for 3 hours. 4. Thread the beef strips through skewers (use one skewer per beef strip). Grill 10 - 15 minutes, turning frequently. Serves 2
