1 med onion, chopped
4 slices bacon, diced
3/4 c. long grain rice
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Dash red pepper sauce
2 t. chopped parsley

In med. skillet cook onion and bacon over med. heat until bacon is crisp. Add rice, broth and red pepper sauce. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 min. Stir in parsley.
