Marsha's Shrimp with Easy Alfredo Sauce

Recipe Introduction
I cooked the shrimp, following a tip from Giada, from frozen, in evoo, butter, garlic, and s&p. Perfect. (I used a lb. of frozen, cleaned, and deveined good-sized shrimp from Sam's)
List of Ingredients
1 stick of butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
nutmeg, a little garlic powder, salt, & pepper
Shrimp

(optional - add a little of the shrimp-butter-garlic mixture to thin down sauce)
Heat all together over low heat, stirring frequently with a wisk.
Add in cooked fettucine noodles to coat. Toss in shrimp or put on top of each serving.
Bake some lovely artisan bread. Dip crusty pieces in the reserved shrimp liquid.
