1 pound penne pasta
5-6 strips of bacon
1 onion, sliced very thin
1 red bell pepper, sliced very thin
fresh garlic
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1 good-sized chunk fontina cheese, cut into small pieces
chicken broth

Cook pasta....
While cooking pasta, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan, and saute onions, peppers, some fresh garlic, salt and pepper. Saute until veggies are soft, but not mushy.
When pasta is done, drain and return to pot. Add cheese, veggies and a splash or two of chicken broth. Stir, cover and let melt. crumble bacon and mix in just before serving.
