1/4 C Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
1/2 Med. White Onion -- Diced
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 C Fresh Basil -- Finely Chopped
1/4 C Fresh Parsley -- Finely Chopped
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together. Stir into 3 cups cold cooked pasta. Chill and serve.
