Pasta w/Chicken & Broccoli

3~4 cloves garlic, chopped - or more to taste
2 large boneless skinless breasts
¼ to ½ head Chopped broccoli
½ small onion, coarsely chopped
¼ red bell pepper chopped
¼ green bell pepper chopped
Butter
extra-virgin olive oil as needed
dried basil to taste
dried oregano to taste
dried cilantro to taste
fresh ground pepper to taste
salt to taste
angel hair pasta as neededRecipe
Over med~low fire, melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic & sauté a bit with some fresh ground pepper, salt, basil, oregano & cilantro
Meanwhile, start a covered pan of water with olive oil to come to boil.
To garlic & seasonings, add chicken; sauté til lightly browned...don’t over cook...then add all chopped veggies & sauté some more...{add a smidge more butter, olive oil & seasonings as you go if you like} Sauté all that til ALMOST DONE. Cover & turn fire off.
To the boiling water/olive oil, add angel hair pasta {everything is based on how many you're serving} Cook til done n’ drain...DO NOT RINSE!
Heat sautéed chix/veggies just through, and spoon over hot pasta...toss lightly.
I put dried red pepper flakes & parmesan on the side to "self~add". We had this w/fresh Italian bread w/garlic butter.
