List of Ingredients
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 lb. pork, cubed
1 lb. chicken, boneless, cut into cubes or strips
1 1/2 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
2 tsps. minced garlic
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Tony Chachere's seasoning or seasoning of choice
1 (10-oz.) can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 (14 1/2-oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 lb. uncooked spaghettiRecipe
1. Brown sausage over medium-high heat and remove to slow cooker, leaving grease in pan to brown the pork and chicken.
2. Place browned pork and chicken in slow cooker with sausage. Saut� onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic in pan over medium heat and add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Remove to slow cooker.
3. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
4. Cook on Low for 6 1/2 hours and add uncooked spaghetti.
5. Cook on High for an additional hour.
Makes 8 servings.
