    List of Ingredients




    2(10 oz) packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained well

    2 beaten eggs

    1 cup sour cream

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 t garlic powder

    1 t onion salt

    1/4 t pepper

    2 cups grated swiss cheese

    8 oz box of spaghetti, cooked al dente, according to package directions and drained

    1/4 c Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Mix together the eggs, sour cream, first 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion salt and pepper. Stir till smooth. Add the spinach and swiss cheese. Add the cooked spaghetti. Fold into a greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with additional 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for twenty minutes.
