    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    3/4 cup butter or margarine
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1½ cup flour

    FILLING:
10 oz. pkg white chocolate chips
    1/4 cup milk or cream
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    fruit of choice

    GLAZE:
    6 tbsp. sugar
    4½ tsp. cornstarch
    3/4 cup pineapple juice
    3/4 tsp. lemon juice

    Recipe

    Crust:
Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; blend in flour. Press mixture on bottom and up the sides of a 12" pizza pan. Bake 20-25 minutes in 300° oven until lightly browned. Cool completely. Note: Using soft margarine for the crust will work, but using real butter makes it much more tender and it browns much better too.

    Filling:
Melt chips & cream together until smooth (microwave works best); beat in cream cheese. Cool slightly, spread over cooled crust, cover and chill.

    Glaze:
Combine ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened; cool completely.

Arrange fruit slices of your choice (grapes, bananas, maraschinos, strawberries, kiwis, plums, pineapple tidbits, etc.) overlapping to cover cream cheese filling. Don't skimp on the fruit. Drizzle pineapple glaze over fruit; chill before serving.
