    List of Ingredients

    2/3 cup warm water (110º-115º)
    1 tsp sugar
1 1/8 tsp active dry yeast
    1 3/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 500º

Combine water and sugar in a small bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle yeast into bowl and stir until mixed; let stand 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt; add yeast mixture to flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, adding more flour as needed.

Lightly spray the large bowl with cooking spray. Place dough into bowl; cover with towel or plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes (I let mine rise longer…about 45), until doubled in size.

Punch dough down and place onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 2-3 minutes, until dough is smooth. Lightly spray pizza pan or baking sheet with cooking spray. Stretch dough and pat into prepared pan. Top with your favorite toppings.

Bake at 500º for about 10-12 minutes.
