    Recipe Introduction

This is all done in accordance to the size of your family and how much you want. It is easy to figure out how much you need.

First: You take skinned boneless chicken breast and use it whole or I like to cut it into strips.

Second: Melt some butter and crush Cheese-it crackers.

Third: You dip the chicken into the butter and then into the crackers and place on a baking sheet and bake on 350 degrees till done (juice runs clear when pierced with a fork).

It does not take long when cutting into strips. I take any extra cracker crumbs I have left and mix with the remaining butter and sprinkle over the chicken before I bake it since my family likes that part as well as the chicken.
