� cup egg substitute (I used a regular egg)
1 cup bread crumbs
� cup Parmesan cheese
� tsp onion powder
� tsp garlic powder
� tsp oregano
1 lb chicken breasts
1 � cups pasta sauce
mozzarella cheese (sliced or grated?use however much you like)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425�. Lightly spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour egg into a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano and mix well. Dip each chicken breast into egg; roll in bread crumbs and coat on all sides. Place chicken breasts in baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Pour pasta sauce over chicken and top with mozzarella. Reduce oven temperature to 375� and cook until sauce is hot and cheese is melted (about 5-10 minutes). Serve with pasta, garlic bread and salad.
