Recipe Link: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-fdcooking&msg=9395.2List of Ingredients 1/4 c. margarine 1/4 c. oil 1 frying chicken, boned, or 2 - 3 boned chicken breasts 1 sweet red pepper, sliced 1/2 bunch broccoli, sliced thin 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 lb. linguini 1 tsp. salt pepper juice of 1 lemon linguini noodles as neededRecipe Cut chicken in 1-inch pieces. Melt margarine in large skillet. Add oil and saute garlic for 2 minutes. Add chicken and stir until golden brown. Add red pepper and broccoli and saute 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Saute 2 minutes. Cook linguini and pour chicken scampi over cooked linguini.
