List of Ingredients
4 to 6 half chicken breasts
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper
1/2 cup sherry
1 stick margarine
1 10¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown in melted margarine. Remove to greased shallow casserole. Add sour cream, sherry and soup to melted margarine. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours or till done.
