3# skinned chicken parts
1 c canned pineapple chunks(unsweetened), drained
3 T soy sauce
1 c pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1/4 t garlic powder
1 1/2 t ground ginger

Preheat oven to 350F
Place chicken in a casserole dish. Add pineapple chunks. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour.
