3 or 4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix water and cornstarch together; add egg. Next mix in flour and salt, blending well. Dip chicken nuggets in the batter and fry in about 1 inch of hot oil. Remove when chicken is golden brown. Drain and serve with any type of sauce you wish.
