1 tablespoon olive oil
4 (6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
2 teaspoons fresh rosemaryRecipe
Heat olive oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high to high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn chicken over and add onion and garlic. Cook another 3 to 4 minutes, until browned.
Add wine, chicken broth and rosemary. Cover, turn heat down to low and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve chicken warm with sauce.
