List of Ingredients
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Recipe
Pound chicken breasts until about 1/4" thick.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over med-high heat. Dip chicken in egg, then crumbs to coat. Shake off excess. Cook until golden brown about 1½ minutes per side. Remove from the skillet; keep warm.
Add Grand Marnier to skillet. Bring to a boil, scraping up brown bits. Blend in marmalade then the remaining ingredients and reduce the heat to low. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Baste chicken with glaze and continue cooking until the juices run clear when pierced with the tip of a sharp knife, about 5 minutes. Check frequently to avoid burning the glaze.
Serve immediately to yourself and two of your very favorite people.
