    Chicken Breast Thingy from Millie

    I put olive oil in a skillet ~ enough to cover bottom ~ saute some onion & chopped garlic; have also been known to throw in some green pepper or whatever else happens to be lurking in the fridge.

    While onion/garlic are cooking, mix together 1 pkg dry onion soup mix with about 1-1½ cups water & set aside.

    Add chicken breasts (I usually do 4) brown on each side. Pour soup/water mixture over chicken, bring to a soft boil, turn fire down to a simmer, cover, and simmer for 45 - 60 minutes.
