Oven-Fried Honey Chicken

1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 cups dry breadcrumbs (plain or flavored - your choice)
6 boneless, skinless chicken breastsRecipe
Combine honey & wine in medium bowl and mix well.
Place bread crumbs in shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts in honey/vinegar mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Spray a large pan heavily with Pam and place the chicken breasts in it. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until no longer pink in center.
