Pecan Chicken

1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
MAPLE-DIJON SAUCE:
1/4 c. pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustardRecipe
In a shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika and salt. Coat chicken with mustard, then with pecan mixture. Place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, @ 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
Meanwhile, combine the maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl; serve with chicken.
