1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (or tidbits)
4 chicken breast halves
garlic salt
1/4 cup honey
4 Tbls. fresh lime juice
2 Tbls. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
Recipe
Drain pineapple and reserve 2 Tbls. of the juice.
Sprinkle chicken with the garlic salt. Broil or grill the chicken until cooked through.
Combine reserved pineapple juice, honey, lime juice, soy sauce and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook, stirring until thickened. Add pineapple to sauce, heat through.
Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with grated lime peel if desired.
