1 1/2 lb smoked turkey, cut into julliene strips (see note)
3/4 lb. Jarlsberg cheese, cut into julliene strips (or any other Swiss cheese)
2 cups seedless grapes (red or green)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T sherry vinegar (red wine or cider vinegar can be substituted)
NOTE: Smoked turkey is usually available in either the refrigerated deli section or the meat section of the supermarket. It comes in blocks that work much better for julliening than does the sliced lunchmeat from the deli counter!
Recipe
Toss first three ingredients together. Stir mayonnaise and vinegar together and add to salad. Toss and refrigerate for at least half an hour to allow flavors to blend.
